5 Stars Never thought plungers and rabbits would be this much fun!
My 4 year old picked out this game, and I love it. Some fo the content is not really for a 4 year old, you can pass over them for other games. You will get a workout and enjoy yourself at the same time. Another nice this on this game is you never reach a dead end and get sick of the game. This game is at the top of our stack.

4 Stars Great for the whole family
I don’t play games very often, but this one draws me back over and over. The tasks are varied enough to keep me entertained, and they are easy enough for a five year old to be able to play. She struggles, but is able to participate. This game isn’t violent, but flinging cows, shooting rabbits with toilet plungers, and wrecking havoc keeps me chuckling as I play.

5 Stars So much fun!!!!!!
I bought this game for my grandchildren when they come to my house. We decided to try it out and it is so much fun. As you progress through the stages, it is hilarious how the crowd changes in favor of Rayman. Although the first part is single player only, we passed around the fun and took turns with the different challenges. I’ve since bought RRR 2 and look forward to future installments. If you like to laugh - it’s a “must buy”.

5 Stars We have so much love for the bunnies!
I will not summarize this game as 1) I am too lazy and 2)Many who have come before me have done so. What I do want to say is that, with all the competition between kids to control the remote, this game solves that issue. Because it is just as much fun to watch as it is to play! The expressions on the rabbids’ faces - heck! The expressions on OUR faces as we shake, twirl, jiggle and spin towards winning!

Truly a family game & more fun than any other video game we have EVER played!

4 Stars Laught Out Loud Funny!!!
My husband asked why I brought home such a childish looking game but once I started playing he came into the room to see what I was laughing at. The minigames are made for the Wii remote and nunchuk. I get more of a workout from this than I do from Wii Sports. It is set up in days (chapters). With 5 minigames per day. I guess you can miss one and still finish the day (per another poster). Once you finish the day’s activities, you are awarded a song or an article of clothing.

I am stuck on Day 3 and that is why I have chosen to give it four stars. The bunny brain marble game is waaaaay too hard for me; I cannot get it to the end, much less get it there in under 30 seconds! Not only that I cannot seem to win the pig race at the end of that day.

User Ratings and Reviews

5 Stars Amazing Game, Great Value
I’m 33 and an avid video gamer for many years. I bought this for my 5 year old son for his birthday last week. He LOVES this game and, actually, so do I ! This is probably one of my top favorite Wii games so far. I read a lot of reviews online where this game got poor reviews. However, I can tell you that it’s a solid, fun game.

The controls are easy to learn. My 5 year old caught on quickly and within a few races took 3rd place in an offroad race (out of 6 trucks). The steering, which was heavily criticized online, I found to be very easy to work and quite realistic feeling. Yes, the steering is a little “loose” and there is a tendency to oversteer but I imagine that it would probably be just what it’s really like driving one of these Monster Trucks! I’m sure these trucks don’t handle like a Ferrari! There’s lots of bouncing, crashing, rolling, smashing and other general mayhem which is also makes it difficult to steer through, but that’s also realistic.

The game has LOTS of different play modes which I think is wonderful. You can race on large outdoor dirt tracks with all kinds of fun destructable scenery, race on indoor tracks, perform “freestyle” stadium runs where you just drive around and smash cars and stuff, etc. There is no shortage of content with this game at all. Plus, it’s pretty cheap as far as Wii games go.

I’ve never been a fan of racing games growing up, but this is the type of racing game I’ve always wanted. A rough and tumble offroad romp! There’s pulsing rock music in the background, the roar of the truck engines, crashing sounds….it’s just pure FUN!

I HIGHLY recommend this game for gamers of all ages, but especially kids under 10. Of course, I still sneak some racing in even when the kids aren’t looking! *laugh. You probably will too!

4 Stars EWverything a 10 year old boy could ask for!
My youngest sons and his friends love the game. It is easy to use (works better with steering wheel accessory)and, as he progresses through the game, new monster trucks are “unlocked” for use. This keeps them going back for more.

5 Stars MONSTER JAM
My grandson loves this game; he can play it for hours on end (ages 5+). Even the adults get involved in the action! There are even hidden cars to unlock, which he strives to do. Sometimes the competition is intense, yet fun. It is so realistic and the graphics are incredible! And the commentary during the game is phenemenonal. I would strongly recommend this product to anyone who enjoys a challenge.

5 Stars wii just keeps getting better and better
This is an awsome game that feels like you are watching monster jam on t.v. Only you are in control. My seven year old gets lots of exercise on this one. The 2 player mode is up and down and tends to make you a bit sea sick trying to watch both cars.

4 Stars fun, but the rubber band AI will p*ss you off…
As a long time Karter since the SNES days, I am excited to finally MK come to the Wii. The Wii Wheel should be your only option; it makes the game much more fun. The tracks and characters are extensive. You will have plenty of hours of play, especially with the online component.

My HUGE complaint, as a “veteran” racer, is the rubber band AI. Watch out if you’re in the top 5 anytime during a race. You can be hit by shells, struck by lightning and spun out in a span of less than 10 seconds, dropping you to 12th. Meanwhile all you get are banana peels for being in the front. Trust me, you’ll want to toss the wheel. The items should be random for everyone and the game should be geared for everyone, not just beginners. The same thing occurs online.

The best way to enjoy is to play with buddies, either via friend codes or locally. By three wii wheels and get to racing!

4 Stars Not Perfect, But Still a Lot of Fun
I’ve been a Mario Kart fan since the SNES days and always welcome the newest addition in the series.

There’s a lot of good to recommend this game. The tracks are inventive and I love that the designers included some tracks from previous entries. I also love the fact that all 32 tracks can be played in a row, in random, a wonderful hold-over from the GameCube’s Double Dash!! game. The same core characters are back along with a few new ones.

There are some odd features however. As everyone else has noted, the Grand Prix can only be played by one person. That’s not really a big deal … except all the extra tracks, characters, and karts can only be unlocked in Grand Prix. Which means that a solo player needs to venture on ahead to make sure the entire game is playable.

The game is also more realistic looking, strangely enough. I miss the full-on cartoon graphics of Double Dash!!. The game however is much more three-dimensional.

The online Wi-Fi play is wonderful! I am not a serious gamer and this is the first game I’ve played with a Wi-Fi connection and I had initial concerns about ease of use. Happily, connecting to worldwide play is a snap. My only complaint with the online play is that tracks are chosen at random based upon votes from other racers. And people tend to vote repeatedly for their favorite tracks, which means one often races to the same track several times in the evening. (I will admit I am quite tired of the Coconut Mall which seems to be the general favorite of the new courses.)

The computer-controlled players in normal game play are quite vicious, much more so than in other Kart installments. The computer’s intelligence is on the line of a Bond villain bent on total domination and will use lightening and blue shells with excellent skill. This game probably has more frustrating moments of “Aargh — I was about to cross the finish line when the blue shell hit me!” than the other installments, which can be frustrating. But it’s always fun.

Overall, I really like this game. I think it carries over the best from Double Dash!! and gives it a great new coat of paint. I certainly see no reason why all Wii owners shouldn’t add this game to their collection.

5 Stars Fun for everyone
I love this game. I even let my three year old play with me in the battle modes. Truly an improvement in terms of graphics and number of levels to play. There is a ton of playable characters also. I like the Wii wheel that comes with it. I also like the fact that Best Buy has additional wheels for only $9.99. The Wii continues to produce good clean games for folks of all ages to play and have fun with.

5 Stars Great Game
This is a fantastic addition to the Mario Kart lineup. Being a fan since Mario Kart for the SNES, This is my favorite Kart game since the N64 version. It is really fun and with the Wii, the controls are simple and no one has taken longer than 5 minutes of play to figure them out.

5 Stars Mario Kart wii
Love It!!!! My son and husband absolutely love this game, and love racing against each other along with racing individually.
