Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3

Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 takes the lightning-fast fighting, flying and action featured in its predecessor and takes it to a whole new level with exciting new features, such as access to more than 150 playable characters, enhanced fighting techniques, and over 20 different battle stages. 5 Stars Wow, Best Dragonball Z (game ever especially on the Wii)
What can I say?
This is an awesome game.
It has tons of characters, better graphics, fun Wii controls, team battles in story, night and day stages, play as bad guys on story, better customizing system allowing you to ad flight ability to Dragonball characters who can’t fly, Better character selection screen with better drawings, and better music. Put all of these things together you get a great game that you know that once you beat it you’ll come back again and again.
4 Stars Great Game.
Overall this is a great and fun fighting game for the wii. Its inovative. and sure gives ya a great workout too and i wasnt even looking for a workout lol. but other than that. This is one of the better games for the wii.
2 Stars Online LAG!!!!
If you do not plan on playing this game online then I would say go for it! The controls are much improved over the last version and there are tons of new characters and transformations to play with.
If you are buying this because of the online game play then DO NOT PURCHASE!!! Online barely works on this game. It is incredibly laggy for everyone who tries to use it and a fix has not been released yet even though Nintendo and Atari are both aware of the problem.
5 Stars Awesome Game! Great Gift Idea!
My husband loved this game. The Wii controller takes some time to get used to it with this game but he is getting the hang of it now.
5 Stars My son loves this game
This was one birthday gift that keeps on giving as it is played so often.

5 Stars Lego Star Wars was a huge it for all the family
This game is awesome, I bought this for my son who just turned 4 years old since he has been playing it over his Uncles house, and its just great. There are times that I (the parent) want to play more than my son. And even my husband is into this game. So if you love STar Wars or even if you dont this is a great game, very fun, alittle hard for the younger kids so thats why we parents play hhaha. Its really a fun game, we all have really enjoyed it Thank you
5 Stars More than 6 games in one Disc !!
When I’ve seen some reviews and trailers, I wasn’t sure about to buy. But in recent Christmas, I was in Mcallen and bought it.
The game is “easy”, because everyone has been see Star Wars movie, knows what happened and the history is playable. You must know about habilites from each one, because some canisters and red bricks are available for some type of characters (dorids, jedis, humans, etc. etc.).
Also you must be patient, remember that are 6 movies, so they have 6 games, and each “game” has 6 levels (and extras). This game is for be finished in a long long time. In fact I think that when you finish you’ll say “A long long time ago, I bought Lego Star Wars and I’ve start to play….” ta da da daaaa daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa…..
Hint and beware for the programmers and game play developers: My son do not know about Star Wars movies, so we have be seening every movie before a new movie in the game starts. In The Revenge Of The Sith, my son said… “Daddy… Where are the canisters???? In the game ARE A LOT OF THEM, and in the movies NOT!!!.
May the force be with you padawans…
5 Stars One Of The Greatest Of All Time
Lego Star Wars was introduced a few years ago as a kid’s game (12 and under). I discovered it through my friend’s son, who was a 5 year-old Star Wars fan. At one point, he needed help with an area and asked me to guide him. So I took the controller and tried my best. After about a half hour, he asked if he could play again, but I told him that I was still “trying to figure out how to play this game.” (In actuality, it was an instant addiction.)
What I learned about Lego Star Wars is that the two-player function is awesome, but only if you are already friends with your counterpart and/or they are a skilled gamer. If not, you will find yourself directing their every action (to help move the game along), and they might take exception to that.
Anyway, if I may now review this particular rendition, Lego Star Wars: Complete Saga…
The game is awesome. I put it on par with the classics (Legend of Zelda, the Super Mario games, Sonic the Hedgehog, etc.). That may sound like hyperbole, but let me assure you that Lego Star Wars: Complete Saga is the real deal. The fact that the current generation game consoles enable new features (like Wii’s remote control of the light sabers, guns, and Force) only bring this game from cult classic (kid’s and diehard Star Wars fan’s game) to popular classic (that everyone loves).
Lego Star Wars: Complete Saga will take you approximately 40-50 hours to complete. (That is, to get 100% completion of the game.) And it won’t be 40-50 hours that you regret; even if you take a break from the game and come back to it in, say, 6 months, you will gladly find yourself playing the next 40 to 50 hours that you allot. (And I recommend coming back to it after a while - that way you don’t always remember where everything is in the game, thus maintaining some challenge. Also, like that cool song on your new CD - don’t play it out too fast, even if it is the best song ever!)
Star Wars fans probably found this game first, but it was the Lego concept that makes this a classic game. I grew up with Legos, and Star Wars was pretty scary to me when it first came out. Combining the two did what one expected: offered a fantastic venue for humor.
As you play along to the Star Wars theme and plots, the Lego style adds some of the funniest things you will have seen in a video game. I laughed out loud at some of the mini-movies in between the chapter stories. Also, the way that characters die… their Lego bodies fall apart! This really keeps the game tame for the younger set, but for us adults, it just adds that wonderful, simple, comic humor that we can appreciate.
The Lego Star Wars: Complete Saga version is an addition to the Lego Star Wars series. In the beginning, they released Chapters 1-3 to coincide with the Chapter 3 movie release (marketing). LucasArts was already releasing their “grown-up” versions of a Star Wars game at the same time, so Lego Star Wars was decidedly their kid’s version.
A strong market was found, however, among a wide range of ages, so the developers released Chapters 4-6 with more featuers so as to close out their video game series, and thus the Star Wars saga. Or did they…?
The Complete Saga obviously combines the two previous versions, but also adds content. For example, new characters become available, as well as new levels, quests, and features. On the topic of the latter, the first version of Lego Star Wars (Chapters 1-3) had a relatively limited stud-collection/quest system. In the Complete Saga, these chapters are fleshed out (as in the later version - Chapters 4-6), and many more sequences are provided.
In all, if you want a game for yourself and/or a game for your kids, Lego Star Wars: Complete Saga is where it’s at! It is easy enough to simply pick up and play, with really only 4 or 5 buttons to use (4 buttons if you only play the Story Mode). But if you are interested in taking the game beyond the Story Mode, you will find yourself having to manage your characters to know which situations call for which abilities (in the Free Play Mode). This means that the game reaches out to the kids and to the kids within us!
In my experience, the younger kids (ages 12 and under) will likely only appreciate the Star Wars concepts and gameplay. Also, that sense of accomplishment as they complete the Story Mode (where they kind of know what to expect, thus keeping them thinking along). If your kid does not like Star Wars, the Legos concept will probably not redeem the value for them.
For the older kids (ages 13 to 70), the Story Mode is way cool, but the Free Play is where we get to use our management skills! What awed me the most were the great and true renditions of the environments that were present in the movies. I always wanted to go to Endor, for example (not Northern California, by the way, but the make-believe location). Now, in this video game, I can guide characters in a wider use of the Endor location - not just the parts that were featured in the movie.
And that is just one example… The Complete Saga has more levels in it, such as the sequence where Anakin and Obi Wan are onboard General Grievous’ ship. (And the deleted scene from the movie where Shak Ti is killed by General Grievous.) And there are still others…
If you even WANT this experience to last only 40-50 hours, then I think you have rushed it, my friend! I highly recommend taking your time (when you are not up against the clock) to really explore all that is in this game, the Complete Saga. It goes so far above and beyond what we saw in the original two releases, and the game itself, as I stated at the beginning, is a true classic video game. The Complete Saga is the seminal classic incorporating the two prior versions and expanding upon them. (You may want to get one copy and console for yourself and one of each for the kids!) I recommend buying this for any console that you own.
5 Stars Fun for two!
The best thing about this game is the fact that two players can play simultaneously. My 8-year-old daughter and her father have been playing this game together in every spare moment. The fact that the two of them are working together to solve the puzzles and get through the episodes make it a winner in my book. We do have the Prima Games Guide to help them through some of the harder parts. We are new to video games, though, so more experienced game players may be able to figure more of it out on their own.
5 Stars My kids would rather play this game than watch the movies!
Being a huge Star Wars fan myself, my kids were already well aware of the Star Wars movies. As a family, we have enjoyed many great movie nights that included Star Wars! So it was not a big surprise how excited they were to try out Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga for Wii. I must say I have found this game much more fun that I thought it would be. It is truly a well done, fun game for the entire family. Now instead of my kids bugging me about watching the Star Wars movies, they ask to play “Star Wars Wii!!!”

4 Stars Good but not great
For a Zelda game, The Twilight Princess is successful, but not revolutionary, as compared to games such as The Ocarina of Time and The Wind Waker.
This will be a quick review, for there is not much to critize or commend when it comes to this game. It performs on all fronts the things exepected from an adventure games, but it does not push the envelope.
For people who love the Zelda series and adventure type games in general, this game is highly recommended, but do not expect to be astounded.
4 Stars Easy To Learn
I just got a Wii and this is one of my first games. It’s easy to learn and control. I liked that you didn’t have to press a ton of different button combos to execute cool moves. Lots of reading though which turned off my 11-year-old nephew, but if you like adventure type games it shouldn’t bother you. It reminded me of Ocarina of Time, but easier.
3 Stars Too Hard for Non Gamers
I think the game is wonderful and seems to be very fun but I’m a 43 year old non-gamer. I purchased the Wii to play Guitar Hero and purchased Zelda b.c I remembered it from years ago. I was really hoping I could enjoy one of these types of fantasy games. I did get past the very first section where you jump the horse but could not get passed the fishing game.
In summary:
-Cool looking game; seems really fun
-If your are a beginner, need a lot of time to figure it out
5 Stars The New Zelda!
My brother had gotten this for me for my Birthday. It was the first Wii game I had gotten. I loved it !!
It was just a very fun game. I loved the way everything looked too.. so beautiful.. It just made me want to jump into the screen! Link can fish, blow up walls, and blow up things under water with special bombs.
I especially loved the dungeons.
I know I didn’t complete the game and get every secret 100% ( because there is this girl who is obsessed with bugs and she wants you to find her bugs, and I couldn’t find all of them ).
There are a lot of side quests too! Like finding the Souls, or finding bugs, the hearts for life, etc.
There is a fortune teller who will help you either find more hearts, or figure out where you’re going if you get confused in the game.
You can even fish!!
( I really did love this game! )
5 Stars Shame
I would recommend buying this for the Game cube and not Wii. The games are different for each system but on Wii it is very hard to play this game. I am not thrilled with the Wii and so I bought the game again for my game cube. It isn’t as dark as the Wii version, there are things that are in the Wii version not in this but the game play is better, you get further and have more fun then you do on the Wii, I am sure people would disagree with this but then it is just my opinion.

5 Stars Something for everyone
Wow, this game is packed with stuff to do. Something for everyone. Mom enjoyed the mission challenges in 5 categories: build, games, guests, upkeep, and manage. Dad liked the classic-style arcade games. Seven year old liked exploring the many parks and solving the sabotage mysteries. Five year old loved to build coasters, golf courses, and buggy courses. The music (including Miley Cyrus and Aly and AJ) and the DJ background is pretty hip. The dance/cheerleeding game is terrible, but the shooting/treasure hunting games are fun. Pick your park manager character, dress, customize, then go design your amusement park, meet the many customers, and play the 34 multiple minigames. A really good buy if you like variety.
3 Stars THRILLVILLE
THIS GAME REQUIRES wii REMOTE AND NUNCHUCK. LOOKS TOO COMPLICATED TO ME, HOWEVER, GRANDKIDS LIKE TO COMPETE TO SEE WHO MAKES MOST MONEY SO THEY HAVE FUN WITH IT.
5 Stars 6 year old loves it.
It is rated 10+ but my 6 year old loves it. He can not read very well yet but it reads some of it for you. It has lots of mini games and he has had fun building rides. Of course he will not run a perfect park or even a profitable one but he is having fun with it. It has some good music and a lot of variety. Its nice not to have to listen to the SAME sound track all the time. I think it could be fine for some younger kids.
3 Stars Ok I guess,
I just got a wii and a little while later got this game. I had high expectations for this game and was really disappointed. The “whoa” coasters aren’t very whoa, there’s no overhead view either.. I don’t mind that too much but you can’t choose the layout or scenery whatsoever! And sometimes that’s really annoying cause in several of the parks there’s thing that you REALLY wish you could get rid of. And it doesn’t make good use of the wii’s motion-sensetive featurs, the only thing that keeps me from getting rid of it is the awesome mini games.
5 Stars Thrillville
There are tons of games within this game. My kids have a blast and it’s fun for adults as well. Has a simcity feel, with a games mixed in between.

4 Stars Very Easy to Follow & Learn!
My 4 1/2 year old LOVES this game. He has mastered the CARS Wii Game, and this Diego was simple for him to learn. I liked that it actually spoke when the instructions were on the screen. So my son did not have to yell for me to read each directions. His favorite is still CARS, but did play this all week at first, now just occasionally. He is waiting for his birthday to receive CARS 2 Maternational. This game should be at the 19.99 - 24.99 price point, as there are not that many advanced sections.
5 Stars Perfect for 3-Year-Olds!!!!
I’ve been on the hunt for games that my 3-year-old daughter can play either on her own or with me. Super Mario Galaxy is still too difficult, and she hurts her arms playing Wii Boxing, but Go Diego Go was perfect.
The first time playing, I had to largely coach her. The second time, I had to sit next to her for her comfort, but she was more than capable of handling the controls. The third time, she did it all on her own and finished the game. Now she’s asking me to play it again.
There is a two-player racing minigame included. She hasn’t let me play it yet. For a bootstrapping game for kids to get used to how sidescrolling adventure games work… this game is brilliant.
5 Stars grandson
I bought this game for my grandson….he is 4 1/2 years old….he picked up on it right away and has taken it to all the levels….but he is still not bored with it….all of the WII games we have so far are very popular with my whole family…..great item!!!!!
5 Stars Great Game for young kids
I played this game with my daughter who is 4 and it was a blast. The feature which allows the parent to ‘help’ the child with the 2nd remote is very innovative. Also the game is very educational and teaches kids.
4 Stars We love it!!
I bought this for my 4 year old and he has lovd it!! It is easy for him to do and it keeps him entertained for a while. Even my 3 year old can play this game. I wish there were more Wii games for this age group. This one is great b/c they can play by themselves.
